Sovereign AI
On-premise AI: your platform, your model
FLOWSTER AI Studio runs on-premise in your own environment. You decide which AI works behind it: a US model, a European model such as Mistral or a local LLM on your own servers.

Sovereignty means: you choose the AI
Many AI tools hard-wire the language model and run only in their provider's cloud. You then decide neither where your data is processed nor which model processes it.
FLOWSTER takes a different approach: you operate the platform yourself, on-premises or in your own cloud. You connect the AI – a powerful US model, a European model such as Mistral or a fully local LLM, depending on your needs. The AI adapts to your data protection requirements, not the other way round.
What sovereign AI automation with FLOWSTER means
Platform in your environment
FLOWSTER AI Studio and FLOWSTER Studio run on-premises or in your own cloud.
Bring your own AI
Connect your model: US models, European models such as Mistral or local LLMs. You can switch at any time.
Data flow under your control
With a local LLM, your data never leaves your network. With a cloud model, you choose the provider and contract yourself.
Deterministic execution
Whatever the model: AI helps you build, and a defined, logged workflow is executed.
Which AI fits which need
- Local LLM: maximum data sovereignty, data stays in your network
- European model such as Mistral: provider based in the EU
- US model: high performance where your policies allow it
- Different models for different tasks
- Switch models without rebuilding workflows
- In particular demand in critical infrastructure, healthcare, public sector and financial services
Examples of on-premise AI automation
Request form from a prompt
You describe the form, AI Studio builds it with the model you connected. Review and approval then run as a fixed workflow.
Sensitive processes with a local LLM
For HR or patient data you use a locally operated model – the data stays entirely in your environment.
Connecting SAP and Salesforce
Workflows connect your core systems. You decide which data is sent to an AI model at all.
Frequently asked questions about on-premise AI
Does FLOWSTER AI Studio run on-premise?
Yes. FLOWSTER AI Studio runs on-premises or in your own cloud.
Which AI models can I connect?
You bring your own AI: US models, European models such as Mistral or local LLMs that you operate yourself.
Do I have to use a US cloud model?
No. You can use a US model, but you don't have to. With a European or locally operated model, you avoid that dependency.
Is the AI automation GDPR-compliant?
FLOWSTER is GDPR-compliant. How your data is processed by the AI depends on the model you choose – with a local LLM it stays entirely in your environment.
Does the AI decide what happens in the workflow?
No. AI helps you build. A defined, deterministic workflow with logging and approvals is then executed.
Which systems can be connected?
Among others Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SAP, Salesforce and many more via ready-made connectors. Anything missing can be connected via REST, webhooks or scripts.
