High Speed into Digitalization: Review of 4th AUTOMATE IT

On October 18, 2018, the AUTOMATE IT went into its fourth round. Under the motto "High Speed into Digitalization", the conference once again offered many practice-oriented concepts and solutions for productivity increases and more free capacity for important innovations.

In line with the motto, the core topics "Digital Transformation" and "Automation of Service Processes" were the focus.

The venue was the experience and communication location "The Aircraft" in Dreieich near Frankfurt. FLOWSTER was once again on board as an event partner.

Andre Lünsmann, Team Leader IT-DB/Change at Barmenia Health Insurance, spoke about compliance with legal regulations by companies against the backdrop of the current General Data Protection Regulation. In his presentation "Compliance Fulfillment through Automation", he addressed a highly topical issue.

Matthias Heß, Head of the vAPP department at ITEOS Group, lectured on release processes and automated staging. In his presentation "Integration of Automation in ITSM Tools", he showed how product releases can be bundled, initiated in an accelerated manner, implemented, and rolled out with quality assurance.

AUTOMATE IT has further established itself

The great response and positive feedback on AUTOMATE IT once again made clear how high the demand for holistic and new automation methods is in the market. With its practical focus, the event has thus developed into an established format on the topic of automation and digitalization within a short time.
