FLOWSTER and BERIS Start Partnership

Potsdam/Wolfsburg, November 15, 2016 – FLOWSTER Solutions and BERIS consulting GmbH will offer joint technology and consulting expertise for professional IT Service Management (ITSM). To this end, both companies are entering into a strategic and operational partnership.

The goal of the cooperation is to expand business within the framework of a holistic ITSM approach. In parallel, expertise on both sides is being pooled to achieve the joint development of innovative IT solutions specifically for customer requirements.

IT Service Management is the foundation for a customer- and service-oriented IT organization. IT must not only cover current functional requirements but also be aligned with future demands. Many companies face the major challenge of better organizing IT and making it more efficient and economical. With the combined expertise of FLOWSTER and BERIS, both companies now offer their customers the best possible solutions and services for efficient and holistic IT Service Management.

Joint Booth at the itSMF Annual Congress in Weimar

The new cooperation is given special expression right from the start: FLOWSTER and BERIS will be represented with a joint booth at the 16th Annual Congress of itSMF Germany e.V. at the Congress Centrum Weimar on December 1-2, 2016.
