More IT Performance for Energy Providers – Mainova AG in IT-Director

The trade magazine IT-Director (IT-ZOOM) reports extensively on the successful IT automation at Mainova AG – the largest energy provider in the Rhine-Main region with around 2,800 employees.

89,000 Automated Orders

Since January 2019, Mainova AG has processed nearly 89,000 orders in a fully automated manner using FLOWSTER in combination with the USU Suite Valuemation – including hardware, software, as well as roles and permissions. 30,000 processes alone were attributed to automated software assignment.

The result: A massive relief for IT personnel from routine tasks while simultaneously reducing the error rate. Employees can now focus on value-adding activities.
