ekom21 Case Study Published in IT-Mittelstand Magazine

The trade magazine IT-Mittelstand published the FLOWSTER case study with the municipal IT service provider ekom21 on September 22, 2022.

The case study describes how the largest municipal IT service provider in Hesse makes its processes available across departments as self-service through automation with FLOWSTER. Learn about the advantages ekom21 gains from automated ordering of IT services – such as an enormous time advantage and significantly less error potential when providing and updating applications, restarting environments, or generating log files.

The IT-Mittelstand magazine is published on the IT-ZOOM portal, which belongs to the Medienhaus Verlag publishing house. In addition to IT-Mittelstand, the successful magazines IT-Director, Mobile Business, and DV-Dialog are also part of the publisher's portfolio.
