All customers with an active support agreement * are eligible to contact the designated support unit 365 days a year, 24 hours a day to initiate a support case. The telephone hotline can be reached (depending on the maintenance agreement) within the business hours between 9 a. m – 6 p. m (CET)

SWIFT HELP BY REMOTE

To start a remote session with a FLOWSTER Support Technician, please click on the accompanying download link. We use TeamViewer QuickSupport – so no installation or administrator rights are required. You can simply download the module, open it and tell your supporter the displayed ID and password. You get technical support promptly and easily.
